SCOUTING courses
The SCOUTING courses (BASIC and PRO) aim to train aspiring scouts who dream of carrying out this stimulating profession. The scout is an essential figure within a Club and in recent years the demand has increased because for clubs (large and small) it is of fundamental importance to have as much knowledge as possible about the young players and professionals in circulation. The courses will provide knowledge of technical, tactical, psychological factors and also extra-football factors that a scout has to understand watching at a player. We will learn how to write a technical sheet and very important advice will be provided, that can make the difference between an amateur scout and a professional one. Scouting BASIC Course
The BASIC Scouting Course is aimed at all those who feel they have a nose for talent, but at the same time want to give professionalism to their intuition. During the chapters we will learn to professionally analyze the footballers, examining their physical, technical, tactical characteristics, weaknesses and strengths, finally creating our technical sheets. Scouting PRO course
The Scouting PRO Course is the natural consequence of the BASIC course. In fact, taking for granted the knowledge of the concepts acquired in the BASIC course, the focus will shift to learning a PROFESSIONAL approach.
